Facilitation and monitoring of bi-Month Meeting:
Through this meeting it will enhance the capacity, knowledge of UPLAC members and also increase awareness about their roles and responsibilities. They will review their last two-month activities and set the activity and strategy for next two month. They will also discuss field level situation, problems and overcome process.

Md.Mizanur Raham, Union Parishad Member, Patikhalghata Union, Kathalia, Jhalokathi, 01779326284 Said that- As per government rules only three elected members among the nine UP members and three female members are included at Union Legal Aid Committee. I think it is a limitation. If all UP members can be including the Union Legal Aid Committee, it will be more effective and community people will get more benefit.
UPLAC Orientation:
Mr.Uttom Kumar, Secretary, Kulkathi Union Parishad, Nalchity, Jhalokathi, 01781-918366 Said that- Government provide free legal aid service for deprive people and ensure justice at society. It is a Noble service. If we can disseminate information at community level properly and if the victim who will go to District Legal Aid Office can get service without any harassment, then everybody will get benefit from this service.
Facilitate Courtyard meeting:
Saleha Begum, home maker, ward no-02, Suktagarh Union, Rajapur Upazila, Jhalokathi, 01638-586065 said that-I have never heard about the National Legal Aid Service before. From today's meeting, I know that the government is providing free legal aid service for poor people. I think, deprived people will get justice from Legal Aid Service.
